SESSION XIII

Session Purposes

1. To know the importance of the use of TIC.

2. Recognize the importance of corporal expression.

3. To know the syllabus of the third cut and the final delivery.

What was taught in the class?

1. The linguistic context of the students' language and writing.

2. Technological competences in teacher training.

3. The moments of the TIC learning process

What was it taught for?

1. The linguistic context was taught because of the importance of communication between a receiver and a sender.

2. The technological competencies and the moments of the learning process are for the students to advance in the teacher training process and to create a final product that also contributes to the research work that Lorena Ruiz is carrying out.

How was it taught?

At the begginning

The teacher gave the space to turn on the cameras and greet all the students, the student Brian is sick, however he showed up to class and was attentive, the teacher invited Professor Macllory Lorena Ruiz Nuñez, a candidate for a master's degree in Educational Informatics at the University of La Sabana. She has a degree in Technological Design from the National Pedagogical University, with a profile oriented towards the development of competencies in the processes of initial teacher training, elementary, elementary and middle school students and practicing teachers.

At the development of the class

The class began with questions to the teacher Lorena regarding her classifying questions both mental and situational. In the class it was taught that an image can have different interpretations, then it was socialized about the exercise that we will perform in the third cut, focused on the linguistic context, in all the different languages both verbal and nonverbal that influence the learning of a topic, if there is a disconnection of the student then I have to create a strategy that allows me to get their attention. To get to know the linguistic context I have to ask the student what he/she is doing in order not to make assumptions and to arrive at a conception according to the student's vision. For example: The teacher had the conception that the student Kilian ate a candy, however the student Kilian was in a process of learning, a vision very far from that of the teacher. The linguistic context is important because before using this context you first arrive at a mental context, the linguistic context is a reflection of the learner's mental context. For example: Writing a formal letter with spelling mistakes. As an objective of this third term, the linguistic context will be handled from a Developmental and Learning Contexts class. Lorena intervened after the first hour and informed us about the research work she is doing oriented to improve the technological competences in students in the initial training in the degree of natural sciences, early childhood education and computer engineering. In which the students of the developmental contexts course were part of the project. They were taught about TIC competencies for the professional development of teachers, guided by the competencies that the MEN gives us. Below is a conceptual map about the teaching in the class evidences:

At the end

The professor left us the space to solve doubts and write in the chat if we understood the work for the third term.
